Morning. it's beauty. work out in the middle of the kinda desert in between mountains. Go rinse in the cold river with the birds and all the melody of the nature.
Drive to town to go busk. Stop library and on our walk to the rainbow market to go busk, Chalie, an old veteran stop us and gave us 1$ and invite us to play at the birthday of his grandchild 16. plays drum. he said it's going to be fun and he is going to gave us some cake. haha.
take his number... need to call him latter and he will pick us up. lol
also play for another man and a girl. great people so far. talk about how Ojai is a lovely place with good people and good energy. a lot spiritual...
keep walking. Anna stay outside while we are in the store and a drunk lady ask her to play. she came back latter to bring us play in the bar haha.. it's 2h30 pm....
Play music to the owner staff and some 2-3 customers lol. they gave us $$ and offer drinks and foods ( couldnt drink not 21 :'( )  They asked us to comeback latter on tonight there is an old band that play and we can play at their break.

go buy raison and kale miam. on the way we met Alex Kerein and Kim <3
 because of the acordeon Alex started to talk to Bashu. finally they invite us to Kim's property at a campfire tonight. we could camp there after too.

Meet back with Bryce he is with Jade a girl he met and play a song for. say hi talk a bit and keep walking.

Bryce got an invitation to eat dinner at the church..

before go put warmth clothes and met this baby boy 1 year. amaze by our music instrument. he played my ukulele and we play him the song kids from mgmt.
magical moment. all kids should learn or have an instrument of music they could play with.

Walk forever to find the church. no church. but peaceful walk in the neighborhood. All the houses looks warm and lovely. lots of trees and plants.
End up at Joster a resto-pub with a free show tonight.
Share a veggie burger while watching 3 guys playing acoustic music.
got invited to go across the street to an open-mic.

It's strange in a ice cream kinda coffee shop.
young people play music. impress and good. ask us to play. play. they liked us and share info to jam soon.
we need to go to the bar it's getting late.
Show up at the place. Old passionate man band! Not much people. a drunk couple. a crazy.drunk. sexy oldlady dancer.in her costume.10 others..maybe including the band members haha
They are good. We dance our ass off. so much fun and free fatty  foodd ( hmmmmm ark,,eheh)

I still can't believe how great was the day and how it's not done yet!


Got to Kim's place. ( she, a smiley friendly 50's lady. still look so young and love to party. rich but super generous. wow.)
wow. amazing. it's a big place with a super pretty house orange trees all over. also a farm with big big garden and a school like natural real stuff school for kids. Met for real Keiren ( mysterious beautiful woman.Study and work in natural building. really inspiring. Gave me her passion for natural building. She dreemmed of me before she met me.....crazy.,.)  and Alex ( charismatic little boy. really sweet drum.guitar a bit.was traveling on his bicycle and decided to stop here to help with the project of cob). and Saje, Mike and Kate.
Jam around the fire. beauty. got champagne and fresh press orange juice. Get high......... five !
Awwww. I feel so blessed and Im so grateful for today and for sharing all those unforgettable experiences with what I call now family. Bryce, Bashu and Anna <3

first complicated disaster.

Morning. eat all together.
Call home.

I've been taking medication for my brain since now 4 years.
I still need to take them as it turns out that it made my brain addict and became a drug my body needed to survivor normally...
Until there okay fine... the problem.. my parents can't send them to me anymore... because of the boarder.
Need to go find a doctor that will accept to sign prescription for me...
I have a travel insurance... thanks to my parents but non will cover for a refill.. so I need to pay to go see the doctor and pay for my medication.
I wanted to stop them a while ago but it was to hard as when you stop directly your body become in need.
Like an heroine addict. even if my inside is okay. my body get fucked.
It makes me so mad as they prescribe me some drugs when I was 14 supposedly that will help me and never make me addict.... latter on I learn it's one of the hardest medicament to stop..
hourra. and all the pharmacist told and scared my parents about me trying alone to stop without a doctor seeing...
I feel like a foul. being stuck.
I wish all I need to live would be water.food.sleep.love.breathe.
but It seems like for now i have no choice to deal with it...

I felt crazy a bit when they prescribe me this shit... but after working with a pay for long time... we realize this could really help.. and it helped.. but now I feel even more crazy trying to stop it..

I'm decide. and will share how it goes... but I will stop it.
I've work on myself enough and keep finding the balance in my life.
I have love from people around. it's now or never.
and I've gave enough of my money to the government for this dependance that they create.

on our way we stopped at a whole food store to busk.
we met good people. and got ask to stop as complain and people around where like why complaining it's good music blablabka and we got a lot of money :)
we are really happy and feel like the energy just the 4 of us is sooo good and will bring us good things.
Half of our grocery have been pay back! it's sunny. :)
finally got to Ojai we drove directly to the Hot Spring. in the middle of nowhere.

So Sunday Farmer's market in Hollywood!
second time we go there. as big as usual. super sunny. we all busk make good money had fun.
People in L.A. keep asking for cards or contact info and everybody wana hire everybody.
Anyway got a lot of free food and met back Jer and Alice :)
Met this band soooooo good they were busking too with 2 violons, acordeon and cynca ( kinda strange super rad instrument)

Stop and talk with them they invited us to the Juracic Museum ( ???!!?!) one of the best place in L.A. they think..
Was nice museum but the best was upstairs... they play music for us with David/Eva an amazing couple ( it was their museum/house) Super beauty and peaceful with birds and lovely open space on the roof.

We eat great food drink some alcool. experience L.A. under a different way. was good.
talk a lot about their travel experience. super inspiring night.
They invite us to come to a late show in a bar after but huhu need 21 to go in. damn.

would love to travel with my bro. to show him that there is so much to see and to learn.
he is going to be done school soon and will find a job and settle down.. :( anyway I love him and was really happy to talk to him!
Latter Kelly and I went to grocery got cheese and wine miam and we made a fest as a goodbye dinner.

We stay at the house pretty much the whole day..
Bashu cooked yummmmy breakfast like usual :)

we were waiting for Anna to comeback from the embassy.
It took the day. but it was good. relax do stuff.write.play music.workout.
Dinner with Kelly's friends and sister.
they all work in movies or tv ( reminds me of my friend in montreal lydz sara<3) Talk about how about this is all about doing the best all the time. competition and do what you have to do. Tell what we want you to say and blablabla. I'm tired of that. bullshit. society makes me sad. Like at School why don't they give real class about real stuff to kids ?!?! at least 1h every week? about how to love yourself and what is life is all about and creativity and learning what you like for real.

I start to learn society by Eddie Vedder on my uke and Mason got so stocked!
We got so excited and start singing every song of into the wild. and decide to watch the movie <3

Stay with Anna. (talk about how hard it is sometimes to stay in contact with those that we love. its not that we dont want to call them but when we have access to a phone and time you call your parents.... and its hard as we live and meet so much people. and live constantly the present....anyway)
join the family little bit latter for a trip to Eco-village in L.A.
( a community that does their own things. super inspiring. like a huge family. they have their own garden.bike shop.commune room. back yard.making beers.bees.studios.)

We volunteer to help painting a future studio and she gave us a tour of the place!
At first I play with her little boy Lucas. <3
So grateful I had the chance to play with him at the trucks on a mission to build a bridge to cross the mod. :) Kids are just awesome as they are perfect example of living the present moment.

After I received a call from Mommmmm =D
I havent take the time to talk to her for a long time since a while.
Made me so but so happy! I'm so glad I have such an awesome family that love me and understand or try to. The best is that they accept who I really am and they are happy if they know I am.
It was good to hear how good everything is going between them. it's inspiring to see how even if they really had ruff time where even me was wondering if it was really working to stay together now they are so happy. They really are a beauty old couple. proud of you my olds <3
she even said the cutest: Sometimes while going to bed we laugh so much we have so much fun like teenagers!

And my dad start to workout 3 times a week! ohlala. So glad that they love themselves enough to make take good care of themselves.

Ianne the Woman that we make the deal with was great. really inspiring. she was a grand-ma moved to L.A. to be closer to her daughter and little son. She retreat from her 'job' and now can put all her energy on art her passion. She is so happy doing what she likes. she showed us her apt it was so lovely and cozy we all felt like staying there forever. She works on a bunch of art projects really beauty and gave us a print. We talk about the importance of surrounding yourself with people with same values and see life in the same directions. not to only talk to people like that but its so much easier to stay true to yourself.
She thanks us for making her day beautiful and accomplish. ( wow such a fun thing to hear.)

After we went to Buck in Hollywood. haha ( so funny to say.)
On our way stop to a laundry cleaner to go to washroom. man sorry but I have to share I was so traumatize but didn't have choice to go pee. there was poo on the floor and arke man. I dont get it. what do you think when you poo on the floor? okay never mind I guess you dont think... brr

Crazy Hollywood.
So much people. lights. sounds. people dress as cartoons. superheros. people playing music.
but the best of the night the crazy chinese guy screaming with his accent to love jesus or we all go to HELL! he keep coming to us while we play and to everyone around the bloc with his cone write down director on.
The best part is Nate. he was so pissed of him and kinda fight with him verbally and latter the chinese came back and say with a friendly smile no accent eh whats your name? haha Thanks for your play!
and got back to the Jesus freak.. hahah wtf?!?
We played kid all in ligne that was so sweet. people loved it. haha  2 uke. banjo. 2 guits and 1 accordion and some maracas. hiha
we separated after for busking.
Met a lot of people. from all kind. the more interesting one I dont remember his name it was so long.
it was a nice homefree man with his cart picking cans.
He told me he used to be a drug addict and we talk about life.
He told me he was not able to live in the society he was not understanding and it was not making sense for him so he start doing drugs...and then he realize drug was only a distraction but the problem was still there. He is now clean and doesnt want a job with the government or anything. so he picks cans and make enough money to eat and be happy!

Talk about the importance of love and how people tend to surround  themselves with materials to feel secure but we need to work it from the inside. to make yourself. your heart your home.
thats a reason why Im traveling too. because you learn so much from yourself. you cant count on anything else really to make yourself feel secure except yourself. No objects or accessories to build your confidence. you only the real. Its an amazing learning life-project.

Got really hungry and said man I wish I could eat some real good pizza. and this guy walk with a box and gave it too me! was some fancy resto pizz. miam. huhu
Nate went to buy beers before we go back home ... its late like 2 am,
we wait. and wait. and wait. and he never came back.
Anna and Mason walk to try to find him.
during this time I wait with my uke and the guitar. 2 chinese guys well dress early 30s stop and talk to me and ask if they can try the guitar.say yes and they start singing some so cheeeezzzyyyy song. it was awesome. we played together and appreciate how music bring people together :)
. we wait like an hour and walk around. no Nate.
now its too late to take the metro and not much buses running. take one bus and have to walk forever.
we got all so pissed and bitch between each other. omg. but after a bit we all start laughing and found another box full of fancy delicious pizza like the best ever. still hot.
ouf. i never eat pizza but when I do seems like I do it for real. anyway help us to keep walking to the house.
5 am. we made it. hourra.

 wake up 11am. Brice and Bashu wanted to go to the farmers market to busk and get food they are leaving in 15 mins.
fuck fast fast fats got in the car and Anna and mason will join us by bus.
got there. no Farmers Market. Its on Sunday.. not on saturdays. huhu. laugh and decide to just play music and practice under the sun <3
got back and packing and cleaning time. brr. make a good dinner.
time to leave Kelly's house.

Back to L.A. Kelly's place :)

Drive to Palm spring again. same places. strange to be back here and to be back in a city!
pass a night up there. busk the next day.
cook dinner on our rocket stove and haha the fire truck show out of nowhere just for our small pot as people that were driving buy called them for a fire. lol we are high and cant believe it!
We also found the bag of weed of Karen in the van haha .

so happy to see her again!
She live with Amy a nice girl! its a beauty house so lucky to met her! we will stay here for a little bit as Anna need to do papers again here..

fun to be clean in a house and feel like home. =)
