on our way back meet the guy that made Anna fly with the Ultralight Aircraft.
He invited me to fly :O hihaaa
so lucky its his last day of doing it!

After we cleaned the van.
Huck is leaving :( going back to winnipeg for school)
Basically we hang out around slab city meeting people. crazy warmth during the day.
so cold at night,
do fire play music.
lots of dogs all around crazy that just yelp all the time.
people drunk. police was around for a while as they were looking for a missing kid...

30 dec Nate's Birthday!
Nate and Mason are going in town to busk to make money for alcohol for his birthday and new year!
Anna and I went to the Moccasin camp and learn and start our own pair! So excited! super cool and fun
The guys got back with full of beers. had a good time around fire cook and play music.

Move our camp to Karens place

she is this old lady hippy wear tie dye smokin weed talking way to much being super honest haha funny as hell.
Start drinking and hang out with people all day.
music at night at the range+ walk to the tank a little bit farther where there is a big big party! lot of people from all around! music dance fire. crazy. meet a lot of people talk about life. so good.
end up in the hot spring at the sunrise and hardly walk back to the van! Such a long walk after not sleeping! Thanks Bryan we survived!! lol

had breakfast with Karen Bryce and Nate :) and walk to the Moccasin camp to see if they survived!
Phil is sleeping on the sand too drunk for life haha everybody around the fire fuunnny.

finally walk with Bryce to the Canal ( cold water canal coming from the mountain)
at 12 its the Polar bear swim. everybody jump in it..
we miss it but still we walk playing music. so good and the water was so cold coudnt believe it it was so good!
Met Kate filling bottle of water. this poor woman doing everything by herself. really inspiring!

an old place with old books. super beauty and unique. nobody works there its like you borrow and return if you feel like it. stay there for a while came back playing music.

Karen absolutely wanted to make us a tour of around
we all jump in the van and go all around. visit East Jesus
this crAzy place where this guy decided to build art with the trash he found... He is dead now but they keep his things and keep building stuff.
Visit Mad Mod in the middle of nowhere. the ground make funny sound and bubble from the earth. crazy.
Time to say bye and to go back to L.A. for the papers for Anna...:(
Im going to miss this dirty place and all the people here.
I was feeling home .. im scare and a bit nostalgic in front of the Inconnu but so excited in the same time.
Slab city fill my heart with amazing experiences!
will miss the hot spring and the crazy sunsets.
Will be back one day maybe :)
